All parents and those associated with School are welcomed into the 'Friends of Birdsedge'.
This is an organisation made up of parents completely committed to bringing the BEST for all our children at Birdsedge First School.
The group endeavours to plan a full and varied programme of activities throughout the year to raise funds for the school. The money we raise is used to benefit all the children in school, for example plants for the school garden or subsidising trips such as the Pantomime at Christmas.

Fundraising Targets
We are currently fundraising to develop our outside area event further for the chickens, and our pond area, plus we have committed to funds for extra curriculum activities such as French & Sports Lessons. We also have ongoing projects we donate to such as trips, supporting transport to events and in school workshops/enrichements as part of the half termly Curriculum Drop Down Weeks.
